Any European, or Australasian, Apple II or //e, should have a universal
switched mode power supply, which will operate on voltages from 100-240
volts, and 50-60 cycles.
I think only some US Apples, were made with a fixed voltage power
supply, and that might have mainly been restricted to early Macintoshes.
All Apple IIs were made more or less the same, but the //e had different
flavours, with localised keyboards, and even a different motherboard for
those made outside the US. The extension card slot was put in a
different place on the motherboard.
There will be some Apple IIs still around over here in the UK, but
finding one for sale might be difficult as you have found.
