I have a very early Profile with a 10 MB drive and the 5 MB controller for
Apple II/III (needs a different ROM). No serial number since it was used by
the Profile developers as a "Briefcase" to cary the project from place to
place or home and back.
It has quit. It sounds like the drive is trying to work. Maybe the card has a
problem. It was always very cool with the instant boot "Fweep", done!
If anyone has one and would like another, they can test and see which part is
working. I thought of ebay but people rarely bid on stuff that isn't working
and this is missing some of the bling from being pulled out of production for
internal use.
