better idea...file a class action and we will all sign it. Since we

Yes and I am sure it will come to some very huge class actions with
very drastic consequences, but in this case the spammer seems to have
backed-off and I think we should pick-one that doesn't and put them
and their lawyers out of business, put them behind bars, then file a
civil action, take remaining assets and donate the proceeds to Apple
II related activity through a non-profit that we create.

Great thoughts Bill M.

I am still open to hanging, darwing, and quartering this spammer
through the courts of Canada and the US and even the Hague:) So count
me in if the consensus is to make this one the "big one".

If this or some other group does exactly what you suggest and the
results are severe and well publicized, the problem will solve itself
and we can play in peace.

This particular one is interesting in that a lawyer registered the
website. There seems to be no "bricks and mortar" presence. Further,
some very big players in the financial and banking industry like
Reuters Quote Service and Fidelity are pretty strictly regulated and
recently people like Conrad Black and Worldcom Bernie get locked-up
and the key thrown away, and brokers are regularly disciplined and
lose their business if they step out of line ethically.

Disbarring lawyers who ignore the law would be fun too and making
several big stinks with a load of different outfits and getting on the
front-page and making some money for a good cause to boot would also
be fun.

Thanks for making me smile:)

Bill

How about taking on the company known as The Canadian Pharmacy? That group is one of the worst of the worst. I contacted the BBB of Toronto because the site listed that they were a member, the BBB claims they could not contact them and took no action.
