I wonder if the quoted $21.95 S/H includes the $10 handling fee buried 
in the body of the listing. Then I wonder about this statement: "Actual 
SHIPPING COST will be detailed after auction ends." near the bottom of 
the listing and how it relates to the explicitly-stated costs.
