It also says that shipping will be by Large Flat Rate Box Priority Mail.
This would have to be a *very* thick software package to require the
large box, which is another $3-$4 for shipping air.

I give up on shipping charges--you can love 'em or hate 'em, but
ultimately there's no disputing them.  It's just cream skimmed off
the top...

There are lots of rationalizations, like "shipping supplies" (with
free Priority Mail boxes and old newspapers, what supplies?),
"time and effort" (but what seller doesn't consider their "time and
effort" to be part of the cost of doing business?), "transportation
to the shipper" (though the Post Office picks up Priority Mail free),
but in the end the seller can charge what they want, and the buyer
only decides whether they can eat it or not.
