If you're planning on running under Windows, KEGS32 already does
fullscreen. IIRC, F11 will switch between fullscreen and window mode.
Also, F8 will lock (and unlock) the mouse to using the GS mouse. I'm
not sure if there are any command line switches to engage these
setting upon startup - I'll leave that for you to investigate.
