The ActiveGS plugin works like this:

1)start emulator
2)check disk paramaters (IE what file, what slot)
3)is file (from #2) in "temp" folder?  if so, use it and boot
4)if file isn't in "temp" folder, download it, then boot


so you can update the server copy, reload the page,
and you won't get the updated DISK file..  You have to
go into the TEMP folder and delete your local copy
before the plugin will download the updated server copy
