Mmm... I am not sure whether I agreed. At least my own experience
shows that we need a way to connect Apple IIGS to a modern monitor. So
the suggestion is:

The card should have:

- a VGA connector, which piped all graphics mode (especially Super
Hires modes) to the VGA output
- a new video mode (640x480 with more colors), for program that uses
it - hopefully with QuickDraw modification or an additional tool

Sounds like a new generation of SecondSight to me, but if it can be
done for around $100 I am for it.
