The Second Sight card was released and put into production.  I'm not sure
how many were produced, but it was at least a few hundred.  They show up
on eBay from time to time.

There are a couple of programs that support it, a jpeg viewer called
Third View and a game called Cogito II* were the most popular.

* Not to be confused with regular Cogito for IIgs's without Second Sight
cards.
