If you are using the following:
    IIGS + GatorBox + NetGearBridge ...
and essentially using the GatorBox as a MacIP server, then the packets
would already be TCP/IP packets by the time it reaches the NetGear
bridge (which should accommodate TCP/IP well).  This does mean that
you need to write your IIgs application to work with Marinetti.

If your NetGear bridge (and anything in-between your IIgs and server)
can pass along AppleTalk packets, then the EtherWave adapter would
work, and this also means you do not need Marinetti on your IIgs and
can use AppleTalk to send data to the server.
