I'm not certain this is DDP-IP (MacIP) routing. It is, as described,
TCP/IP over LocalTalk.
If I'm reading this correctly, OT can route TCP/IP over either
LocalTalk or Ethernet, but it's not encapsulating/translating TCP/IP
with AppleTalk.
I don't know if it's possible to program the IIgs to work directly
with LocalTalk, instead of through AppleTalk. I think the Marinetti
MacIP link layer uses AppleTalk (i.e., encapsulates TCP/IP with
AppleTalk), and then relies on the MacIP server to perform the removal
of the AppleTalk layer to pass along the TCP/IP packet.
