For Commodore Plus/4, VIC-20 and C64 games (as well as other 8-bit
formats), there is www.cronosoft.co.uk.

As for Commodore specific games, I hear that Protovision are going to
release real-media versions of Joe Gunn and Ultimate Newcomer -
www.protovision-online.de

and there are the forums, www.lemon64.com/forums, www.sleepingelephant.com/denial/
and plus4/emucamp.com and others (which I've forgotten).
