Does the CMS card report itself as a SmartPort card? (Cn07 == 0)
Do you have available slots without disk controllers (at worst I would
expect at least S3,D1 to be available for remapping). Leaving slot 6
set to 5.25 (not Your Card) would prevent its use by the P8 v2.0.x
remapping code).
What slot is the CMS in? If slot 5, then slot 2 remapping is available
even with P8 v1.9 as it uses the older mapping code. If not in slot 5
then drives 3..n all use the new remapping code.
