Hard to answer, I guess.
I saw several releases (only different packaging?) from Muse
alone.
After all this program was on sale for several years - in contrary
to today's mere months - and they put stickers like "Works on
the Apple IIc" on it.
I thought the combined A2/C64-one was the one from Mainstreet.
