Okay, due to popular demand I opened it with a disk editor
and discovered this particular Micro-painter add-on disk is 13 Sector!
I didn't realize it was so ancient.  I used MUFFIN to extract the files.

I have never used this disk, but bear in mind it is a ridiculous
computerized adult coloring book! For those who like
their women in subtle shades of orange and green.

I'll send you the image when I get a free moment.
