Best of luck in your continued quest for the Holy Grail.

I've been driving within 5 miles of his house almost daily, and
I'm thinking of asking him for an interview...
anyone have some ?'s for him? I know I have a bunch

Ask him if people ever got his name confused
with that other pioneering Apple developer whose initials were also "BB"

(think Raster Blaster)

Reminds me of Don Fudge's tagline: "If you can't Budge it, Fudge it!"

I was preparing to contribute my original Datasoft floppy
"Refill #1: (Nudes) Apple II" which was sold as a Micropainter add-on,
but it is giving I/O errors on my old and new 5.25 drives.
A tragic historical loss. ;-)

I won't ask what's causing the read errors... ;-)

BTW, if you aren't kidding, I'd be happy to try to recover the
disk. I've had very good luck with most disks. (My only failure
so far is a set of 3.5" diskettes that someone had scratched with
a key or paperclip!)
