For anyone who doesn't follow this part of the discussion, and Mike
can correct me if I'm wrong, but Mike originally prepared this manual
as unix style manpages and this is an excerpt from his README:
Wish I could take all that credit but all I can claim is securing the
release as copyrighted freeware. Phade did all the hard work.
