On Macs, they'll unshrink when you double-click on them. :-)

Yes, you need to run them over with CiderPress.  Click on the little
disk-swap icon (blue and green disks, with little arrows pointing to
one another) to change formats from .shk to .PO and you'll be ready to
go.
