Find a Samsumg Syncmaster MP or MW series LCD monitor. Most of them have
RGB SCART ports on them. I know for a fact that the Syncmaster 910MP,
930MP (both 19" 4:3), 940MW (19" 16:9), and 241MP (24" 16:9) all have
SCART in and are available in the US. I have a 930MP myself, the only
gotcha is that you have to set the region in the menus to Europe to
activate the input. The tough part is finding SCART plugs in the US to
build cables with, anybody know of a source? My local electronics store
(not Radioshack) gave me blank stares when I asked about them.

There are also some cheapo SCART RGB to component adapters on ebay,
anybody try these with the IIgs? Seems like an affordable way to hook up
the IIgs to a commonly available modern TV.
