I stumbled upon this because

a) Chuck Peddle should've been the oldest looking guy in the
picture (he's nearly in the middle, though)

and

b) I remember Bill Mensch from other articles as a guy with
sand-colored hair and a beard. He should be the the second
guy from the right, but the second one from the left fits much
better. Here's a photo of him from 1986:
