No, I was referring to a more finished unit that Highway makes. It's an RGB to XGA converter that sells for considerably more. For starters, it's not a bare board, but comes in a nice case with external power supply and input connectors.
I'm just wondering if this unit (1/2 the price) is functionally equivalent. Couldn't give a rat's ass about appearance and I'm perfectly capable of mounting it in a project box.
