I hope you're prepared to do a lot of reading :) The FAQ's mentioned by schmidtd should point you to a lot of resources to get you started. You might also find some info here,

The documentation for ZBASIC and SCMASM are both available online. The 128k version of ZBASIC offers access to the double hires (DHGR) graphics mode available on the 2c, enhanced 2e and 2gs computers as well as the extra 64k of ram.
