You should be able to set slot 2 to fast. Everything else looks OK.

I recommend to move ZipGS card into slot 3 instead of slot 4. Make sure to set built-in 80-column in slot 3 instead of "Your Card". Uthenet card looks like ethernet card for network. It can be put in slot 4. Set slot 4 to "Your Card". ZipGS controller card does not have contact to the slot 3 because it is grounded or cut-off. No current flow between ZipGS controller card and slot 3 because it is not necessary. It needs to sit in slot 3 so it is the way how slot 3 holds ZipGS controller card without falling down. The current flow between ZipGS controller card and CPU socket help to speed up faster.
You can always use 80 column while ZipGS controller card is set to fast.

Actually, the ZipGS uses the slot for power, but does not use any
bus signals, so there is no need to set the slot to "Your Card".
