I know this is a little bit of "closing the barn door after the horses
get out," but I might as well get things right.
My Rom3 GS has a ZipGS installed in slot 4, and I have enough new
cards in there that I'm not positive I have the Slot Speeds set
correctly for everything, so I'm seeking advice from the experts.
Here's my current settings:
Slot 1: SuperDrive Controller Card, set FAST
Slot 2: Nothing/set to Modem Port, set SLOW
Slot 3: Uthernet, set FAST
Slot 4: ZipGS, set FAST
Slot 5: Nothing/Set to Smartport, set FAST
Slot 6: Nothing/Set to the 5.25" drives, set SLOW
Slot 7: CFFA, set to FAST
Are these the correct/best settings for my cards? The system seems to
be running fine, but I'd rather make sure everything is running as
fast as it should.
