    Make sure to read this description carefully.  It does not mention 1/2. 
It describes 1/4th.  Henry described clear.  You get higher frequency of OSC 
chip.  Then It is divided by four.
    You can choose to replace OSC chip to get higher frequency.  It would be 
42.95 MHz.  You divide it by 4.  The current speed is 10.74 MHz.
