Looking for GS-RAM+ GSPLD1A.1 Chip

Anybody know where I can find one of these chips?  I know where to find the 
1B chips, but not the 1A. I don't suppose anybody (like a ROM 3 owner) has 
an extra 1A laying around?  I have a card with the GSPLD1B.1 chip, but all 
my IIGS's are ROM 0 or ROM 1.  I'd be willing to buy or trade.  I have a lot 
of extra memory chips if you need to expand your GS-RAM+.  I also have a ton 
of type 41256 chips for other cards, too.
