No, slot 4 is the usual slot in a IIe for a CP/M card, at least it's the most
compatible.
For the IIe, slot 3 is best used for accelerators (transwarp), Uthernet, serial
(though I prefer to use officially supported slot 2 for serial) and the video
overlay card.
