Slot 4 is just the whatever-doesn't-have-to-be-in-any-particular-place slot.

1: Printer
2: Modem
3: 80char
4: whatever (CP/M, Sound card, Networking...)
5: extra drives (3.5", extra 5.25", Apple Slinky)
6: 5.25"
7: Hard disk
