Enhanced IIe only, and it is limited to 6502 instructions.
It is also present in the IIc (UniDisk 3.5 ROM and later, if I remember
right), where it supports 65C02 instructions.
It is also present in the IIgs, where it supports 65816 instructions and
has some extra features such as being able to enter the first
instruction while still in the monitor (after typing !), saving one
keypress (Return after !).
Step and Trace commands are missing from the ROM 00 and 01 IIgs (except
as hooks for third party add-ons) but are present in the ROM 3.
I don't recall whether the IIc has Step and Trace (probably not). The
IIe doesn't.

Ah yes, good old F666G.
No use in ProDOS, of course. I solved that on an unenhanced IIe by
copying the Mini-assembler out of INTBASIC and patching it to run at a
different memory location, so I could run it in RAM.
