So he shouldn't modify his system because there are some
people who aren't equipped with modern systems / services?

And yes - I'm aware that this isn't necessarily their "fault".

I think he should offer both ways - at least for "software-only"
products. This would be an extreme advantage for international
customers like me, for example.
Note: I'm not demanding "premium prices" for snail-mail-shipped
software.

I have a fast connection and I <censored> hate it, when I have
a downstream of a measly dozen KB.

With prices of less than a Dollar / Euro per harddisk GB and
a CD-burner in practically every PC & Mac this shouldn't
really be an issue.
