How far have you made it towards shipping backorders?  I've been waiting over 
two weeks with no word.

It's just beyond me why you don't move to an online/download delivery model 
and eliminate about 90% of the things you blame for getting you behind 
(printers, labels, diskette and CD duplication, mailing, etc, etc.)

By putting that in place and charging a healthy premium for physical media, 
you can change your entire business model to one that just plain involves less 
overhead and fuss.
