I am still filling orders. Here's the situation: I currently have a
backlog of orders dating back several months. A series of things have
happened that have made filling orders take absurdly long. In my
personal life, I'm in the process of getting prepared for a surgical
procedure in the next couple of months, and in the Syndicomm side of
things, I've had an unprecedented series of technological failures,
including the previously mentioned printer, two computers, a hard
drive, my postage printing service, and so forth.

On top of all that, I have a 2-year-old daughter who is very much a
Daddy's girl. She always wants to spend time with me, and, well, she
beats out processing orders the vast majority of the time. :)

I'm getting an average of 2-5 orders processed per week, but with
almost 40 orders in the pipeline, and more arriving every week, it's
going to take some time for me to get caught up.

I know this isn't fair to those of you that have placed orders, and
I'd really appreciate patience while I work through this backlog.
It's taking far longer than I ever imagined to clear out and I'm very,
very sorry. The explanation above is meant to be an explanation --
not an excuse. For those of you that specified credit card for
payment, be assured that I don't charge your card until I actually
have your order prepared for shipment.

If anyone has an order that they have a specifically urgent need to
receive as soon as possible (for example, it's intended to be a gift
for someone for the holidays or for a birthday), please email me with
your order number at sheppy@syndicomm.com and let me know, and I'll do
my best to accommodate you.
