Yah, Sheppy is still there.
Perhaps still there, but certainly not filling orders.

If Sheppy doesn't want to be in business (certainly his decision to make),
then perhaps GSE Reactive or other interested party might consider picking up
the catalog?

In the interim, is there anyone that can supply me with a copy of GWFTP, since
I'm apparently unable to purchase it? Lest your conscience be bothered, I
have an order in for the 'Internet Starter Kit' and the Spectrum Deluxe CD but
it's languished for about a month with no acknowledgment.

I am still filling orders. Here's the situation: I currently have a
backlog of orders dating back several months. A series of things have
happened that have made filling orders take absurdly long. In my
personal life, I'm in the process of getting prepared for a surgical
procedure in the next couple of months, and in the Syndicomm side of
things, I've had an unprecedented series of technological failures,
including the previously mentioned printer, two computers, a hard
drive, my postage printing service, and so forth.

On top of all that, I have a 2-year-old daughter who is very much a
Daddy's girl. She always wants to spend time with me, and, well, she
beats out processing orders the vast majority of the time. :)

I'm getting an average of 2-5 orders processed per week, but with
almost 40 orders in the pipeline, and more arriving every week, it's
going to take some time for me to get caught up.

I'd be the last to ask anyone to put business ahead of family life, and I'm sorry to hear about your health issues.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but it's beyond me why you don't take advantage of this newfangled internet-thing and make your products available for download delivery. This would have some nice effects: (a) you can forget about the label printers, packing, shipping, etc. and (b) charge my credit card immediately. Then, use the increased revenue to take your family out for a nice meal!

Anyway, I'd really like to get my hands on GWFTP, so if anyone can "lend" me a disk image in the interim, I'd very much appreciate it.
