I don't think the Apple even supports two joysticks plugged in at the
same time.

Ctrl+Reset for a "Soft Reset", Ctrl+OpenApple+Reset for a "Hard Reset",
and Ctrl+ClosedApple+Reset for a self test. Reset without Ctrl does
absolutely nothing, this is to prevent accidental Resets.
