Sea Dragon had some extensive voice parts in the intro and also at
various times in the game. The famous one I recall is the alarm sound
and then "Approaching maximum damage!". There are also long vocal
sentences during the intro and when you actually get to the Dragon at
the end.

You've also got S.A.M. - the software automated mouth (I posted a disk
of S.A.M. into the CSA2 Google Group area ages ago).

I've never really played the original Castle Wolfenstein, but I
believe that it contains German voices throughout.

Some musics I recall as being quite good for the day can be found in:
* Wavy Navy (each level had a new naval-themed tune)
* Karateka (had good music snippets throughout and a good score at the
end)
* Speedway Classic (good marching intro music)
* Picadilly Pair (!!) (enough said  :-P  )

I'm sure if I think hard enough I'll pull a few more out of the dark
recesses of my misspent youth. ;-)

Hope this helps.
