Last status:

Work in Progress:
WP 095-100 : Appendix A (JONNOSAN)
WP 103-107 : Appendix C (DECKARD)

Missing:
** 127-131 : Appendix H
** 133-138 : Appendix I
** 141-142 : Appendix K

I now have all the figures ready (snapshots of Applewin running EDD)
and I'm still working on the html document (1:55 AM - time to go to
bed!!!)
