    You can find this website below.  You can buy MicroDrive IDE and hook up 
to compactflash.  It looks much like CFFA controller card.

    Think of SuperDrive controller card.  This AppleDrive has two formats. 
The two formats are GCR and MFM.  GCR is used for 800KB.  MFM is used for 
1.44MB.  You already know when other folks discussed here.
    To answer your question about Bluedisk controller card.  This Bluedisk 
controller card is from Germany.  The company name is ///SHH Systeme.
    The Bluedisk controller card has only universal MFM format.  It can do 
any size like 160KB, 360KB, 720KB, 800KB, 1.2MB, 1.44MB, and 1.6MB.  I don't 
remember all the sizes, but I am sure that it is almost accurate with my 
knowledge.  You need to use PC MFM floppy drive to hook up with Bluedisk 
controller card.  Also, it needs to use external power supply for PC MFM 
floppy drive.
    Please note that 1.44MB is used only for transferring files between 
Windows and Apple II.  Here is the website below.
