Look here for the source:

I'm not affiliated - only a happy customer.

The FAQ on Rich Dreher's site says so but if you also have a PC
you should consider getting "CiderPress" in conjunction with the
CFFA.
With it you can make backups of the complete partitions in a snap
(the card is partitioned like a hard drive), view file contents
(including a graphics viewer, a disassembler and an Applesoft
lister!) and much more.
This is one hell of a program and it was made available for free
a few months ago (not that it was expensive before...) and is
located here: http://www.faddensoft.com/
I also would consider getting a IIgs over a IIe if you don't
absolutely
require a IIe, however.
It has more interfaces, RAM, speed and a better video interface
(RGB) more video modes and a great sound chip built in.
It usually comes complete with a mouse and 3,5" drives which
use the ProDOS 800K format which can be read and written by
most older Macs - very easy file transfer.
