In "Understanding the Apple II", Jim Sather lists rev 5, 6, 8, 9, RFI-
A & RFI-B as revisions that as far he knows "may not exist or may not
have been released to the public". From that I would assume that he
has seen both Rev 1 and Rev 2. He later states that he has been told
rev 8 & 9 exist.
