Mine too!  I hate that.  I added the escape key so you can at least
back out if you get there by accident...

I think I can imagine a flow... you have to pick once, but once you
do, it uses that as the default.  So, on subsequent sends/receives,
you get an indication of what's going to get used, with a "hit some
magic key to change..."
