If you have a 68K Mac hanging around, there are some tools you can install
on it to configure the GatorBox.  There's also, as someone else pointed out,
a telnet interface, but the Mac-based tools are easier to use.  They're also
the only way (AFAIK) you can upgrade the GatorBox's firmware to the final
version.

I downloaded the config software, firmware upgrades, and other stuff a while

(If you don't have a 68K Mac, they're even cheaper than Apple IIs nowadays,
which puts them in the right price range for purchase as "Apple II
peripherals." :-) eBay currently has a IIci starting at $5 and an LC II
starting at $10, both with no bids.)
