I have a slightly different feedback - I assume you are an Apple II
user, do you use Apple IIGS? If yes, then I would suggest you check
out MD-Basic (http://www.morgandavis.net/portfolio/mdg/). This is an
Applesoft BASIC pre-processor and it modernized the BASIC language,
and also comes with a good editor. The end result will run on all
Apple II computers.
