A good manual, but it's for Integer BASIC. The Version for Applesoft is
called "The Applesoft Tutorial". I did that too at one time, but it
doesn't seem to be there any more... I don't have a web page, but I can
mail it to you

This one (correct title is "Apple*SOFT* II Basic...") you will want.

Also it doesn't hurt to have the technical reference manual, if only to
look up some softswitch once in a while.
