Once the partitions are in place, you can use CiderPress to stuff
formatted disk images in (e.g. create a blank 32MB ProDOS image and load
it in).  The DiskImg library should be able to format the partitions
directly, but there's no UI to initiate it.

Under Linux you can use the "makedisk" utility (built from the CiderPress
sources) to create formatted DOS/ProDOS/Pascal volumes of arbitrary size.
Getting the result into a partitioned disk or image file is left as an
exercise for reader. :-|
