  All it does is make the RESET key work differently.  Either you hit
the RESET key by itself or you press and hold down the CNTL key and
then press the RESET ket to perform a reset.  Leave in in the CNTL
position.  Too easy to hit the RESET key accidently, thereby wiping
out all work to that point.
