At least GS/OS and the Mac were creations of Apple Computer and you
could probably expect a fair amount of information sharing between the
Mac and Apple IIgs team (even though the A2 was the poor cousin).

As for Windows....hmmmmmm. Initially Apple and Microsoft were working
very closely together on the Mac. Maybe MS just had the same or
similar ideas a couple of years later; or maybe they didn't.  ;-)
