No. Apple planned an AppleTalk interface for the IIc (it would have
required an external box plugged into one of the serial ports) but it
never eventuated and the code stub that appeared in the slot 7 code
space in the 3.5ROM vanished with the next ROM revision when the mouse
was moved from slot 4 to 7 to make room for the memory card in slot 4.

If you have an old Macintosh, 800KB floppies are your best bet at
present. Alternatively, ADT or ADTPro may do the trick.

A SmartPort interfaced CF or SD card adapter would be ideal if and
when one is released.
