It's not at all easy to fill up 128mb on an 8-bit Apple II, don't
worry :-)

As far as a program selector goes, you will want ProSEL. There are
others, but don't waste too much time checking them out - ProSEL is
pretty much the defacto standard.

ProSEL has pretty much everything you need. Add DOS Master to transfer
DOS applications and be happy.

I personally use a SuperDrive card in my IIe and sneakernet data back
and forwards from the PC that way. The main reason I've never replaced
my SCSI setup with a CFFA is the perceived annoyance of moving things
about to get at the CF Card.
