people actually received the upgrade? How many people paid but did not
receive it?

BTW, I am still working on re-translating the TML manual. From what I
have noticed so far, the manual I am translating refers to a different
version of TML Pascal than the version 1.1 that I have. I suspect it
refers to a newer version - as my version of TML Pascal is missing
some of the controls mentioned, and also does not have the ability to
remove compiled programs from memory (which the manual I am
translating mentions as the REMOVE menu item within the Apple menu).

I will post the results of the translation on my web site when I am
done, and post a link here.
