It's a joke, as the less industrialized a country is, the easier it is
for it to adhere and be compliant to the Kyoto protocol. I doubt
Europe has much to teach North America, when for example, so long ago
as in the early 70's they were already filling their catalyzed cars'
tanks with unleaded fuel, long before Europeans even knew what these
things were... It's so funny that nowadays so many Europeans feel that
we are the ones who lead the way.
